How To Edit & Resend An Employee Benefits Card?

If you send a CleverCard to a wrong email address or your employee hasn't received it yet, here's how you can edit the email and resend the CleverCard:

  1. Go to your Business Portal
  2. On the left screen menu, click in "Employee Benefits" and then "Completed Orders"
  3. Select the order you want to edit
  4. A screen will show all the recipients to whom you've sent CleverCards
  5. In the column "Actions", click on the 3 dots "..." and then click "Edit & Resend"
  6. Enter the new details of the recipient of the CleverCard and click "Send"
  7. The column "Status" will show the status as "Resent"
