How To Edit & Resend An Employee Benefits Card?
If you send a CleverCard to a wrong email address or your employee hasn't received it yet, here's how you can edit the email and resend the CleverCard:
- Go to your Business Portal
- On the left screen menu, click in "Employee Benefits" and then "Completed Orders"
- Select the order you want to edit
- A screen will show all the recipients to whom you've sent CleverCards
- In the column "Actions", click on the 3 dots "..." and then click "Edit & Resend"
- Enter the new details of the recipient of the CleverCard and click "Send"
- The column "Status" will show the status as "Resent"
