Why Can't I Send Cards To My Employees?

If you are trying to send CleverCards to your employees and you see a pop up with "Unable to Send Cards" it might be because:

A. Registration is not complete

In this case, you have to:

  1. Go to "Dashboard"
  2. You will see a yellow box on top saying "Complete your CleverCards account registration"
  3. Click "Complete"
  4. This will open a new window to complete registration
  5. Registration will be complete in 24 hours

B. Insufficient funds in your account

In this case, all you have to do is continue to payment by clicking in "Complete Payment"
