How To Resend The Email To Access Business Portal

If you sent the email to your employees to access the business portal but they didn't receive it, you can resend the email by following these steps:

  1. Go to Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email and password
  3. On the left side of the screen and click on "Team"
  4. Identify the email of the employee who hasn't received the invite and click on the 3 dots "..." that appear in the column "Actions"
  5. Click "Resend Invite"
  6. A notification will pop up saying “Invite resent successfully”
