How To Delete a Draft Order

To delete a draft order:

  1. Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email address and secure password
  3. Navigate to Draft orders
  4. Select Actions
  5. Click on delete
  6. Completed orders cannot be deleted as it's necessary to maintain accurate records in line with requirements
