How To Edit & Resend An Employee Benefit Card?

If you've sent a CleverCard token to the wrong email address or your employee hasn't received it, you can edit the email and resend the CleverCard by following these steps:

  1. Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email address and secure password
  3. Navigate to Employee Benefits > Completed Orders
  4. Select the order you want to edit
  5. Search for recipient by name, email or card amount
  6. Under “actions”, click "Edit & Resend"
  7. Enter the new details of the recipient of the CleverCard token and click "Send"
  8. The "Status" will now show as "Resent"
