How To Resend Business Portal Access Email

To resend the email to employees for Business Portal access:

  1. Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email address and secure password
  3. Navigate to "Users" on the left side of the screen
  4. Identify the employee's email that didn't receive the invite.
  5. Click on the three dots ("...") in the "Actions" column.
  6. Select "Resend Invite."
  7. A notification will confirm: “Invite resent successfully”
